If I make an order online, how long will it take for my item to arrive?
This depends on the destination. In the UK, all of our items will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Across Europe it is between 5-7 working days and Worldwide is up to 3 weeks.
How much is delivery?
The cost of delivery depends on what item is being shipped and where it is being shipped to. To see how much an item will cost to ship, add it to your shopping cart and then select the destination country.
My item is slightly different to the picture on the website. Why is this?
All of Zamboo's products are handmade and so no two items are exactly the same, therefore, some items may vary slightly in appearance from that of the one shown on the website.
Is everything really handmade?
Yes, all of our products are crafted from hand. Products can take up to four months to make due to the intricate process used in creating Zamboo's products.
Can I order a custom item?
If you have seen an item you like but it has sold out or you would like something a little bit different, then please email us at
and we will try and help as best we can. Please bear in mind that custom made orders will take take a lot longer to make and ship.
